One hundred and four players registered for the first series of ranking tournaments that will open the 2008-9 season of the Malta Pool Association. Two categories, Open and Juniors (Under 18's) are being organized in this series.

All games are being held at Pandora Theater at Zejtun Band Club and will commence at 7.30 pm.
