Clayton Attard and Jesmond Schembri registered two impressive victories in the singles event at the European Pool Championships in Ireland

In the third round (last thirty two) Clayton Attard thrashed Irish player Manny Bryne 6-0 while Jesmond Schembri grabbed the decisive frame in his 6-5 victory over English player Sam Jeffrey.

Both players will again be in action today in the 4th round (last sixteen) when Clayton Attard meet English player Liam White while Jesmond Schembri encounter another English player Dean Wisher.
