Registration for new players are now open and will be accepted by the secretary of the association by not later than Wednesday 11th March 2009.  Clubs registering new players have to fill in a registration form for every player and also attach 2 passport photos and copy (front & back) of personal ID Card. 

During the same period the association will also be accepting transfers in accordance with league rules 4A and 4B.
