The Under 18's first ranking tournament saw Zejtun talent Dylan Attard winning his first ever ranking tournament in the Under 18's category. Attard defeated his local counterpart youngster Scott Muscat in the final with a convincing 6-4 score. Thanks to this victory Attard booked place in the juniors national team that will be representing Malta in the World Pool Championships in Blackpool in July next year.

In the semi finals Attard overwhelmed Matthew Galdes of St. Vincent De Paule 5-3 while Muscat trounced favourite Lyden Debono of San Gwann Bocci Club 5-4.
