A meeting for all association's club members is being held on Thursday 3rd December 2009 at Pandora Hall in Zejtun Band Club.

The agenda for the meeting will include the following:

1.  Circulation of League Score Books and players ID Cards

2.  Disclosure of national team league information

3.  Disclosure of other events being held during the season

4.  Disclosure of European & World Eight Ball Pool Championships Information

5.  Draws of Christmas Cup Tournament

6.  Draws of National Team Leagues

7.  Open of second period of players' registrations

This meeting is very important and all clubs are urged to send their delegates.  Meeting will commence at 7.15 pm.
