The national team participating in the European Eight Ball Pool Championships once again left his mark by reaching the semi finals of the most important European Pool Event.

In the last game Malta registered a convincing 10-5 victory over Northern Ireland and secured a place in the semi finals scheduled for tomorrow (Thursday) at 6.30 pm.   Malta will not be in action tomorrow morning in the last games that will determine the other semi final qualifiers.

In the singles event Kevin Thomas, Kevin Schembri and Christ Tabone made it through the last 32 stages and will be in action tomorrw (Thursday) at 9.00 am.
